Leave the cooking to us! Upham Woods offers a variety of kid-friendly meals served family-style right in the center of main camp. Lunch and dinner options include many youth favorites, plus a nutritious salad bar. Breakfast includes a cereal bar. Both hot and sack meals are available to best suit your group’s needs. We are well-versed in food allergens and dietary needs and can accommodate many special requests.
Dining Hall Procedures
- All visiting youth groups must provide a designated Dining Hall Supervisor responsible for reading the Dining Hall Supervisor List of Responsibilities and ensuring the group’s adherence to dining hall procedures.
- Meals are often served family-style. Small groups under 40 may be served buffet-style. If eating family-style, a portion of the youth group must show up 15 minutes early to set the tables.
- Meal times are at the following set times:
- Breakfast: 8:00 AM
- Lunch: 12:30 PM
- Dinner: 5:30 PM
- Your Menu Selection Form, which includes meal requests, dietary restrictions and meal numbers, is due 30 days before your visit.
Meal Rates
Below are our food service prices for programming groups eating in the Dining Hall. Catering prices for Conference Groups are different.

Food service is required for groups of 15 or more people. Visiting groups may bring their first meal as a packed lunch.
Smaller groups may also elect to purchase food service but will be billed the 15-person minimum for all meals unless another group utilizes food service in the dining hall for the same meals.
All meal rates are non-negotiable.
