The Upper Dells Research & Education Center is ready to host your next meeting, conference, or retreat! Join us along the beautiful sandstone bluffs of the Wisconsin River.
Large Meeting Room (capacity: 60)
Includes use of Large and Small meeting rooms, AV equipment (including two 65″ TV Monitors, HDMI compatible), and a view of the Wisconsin River.
Small Meeting Room (capacity: 30)
Includes HDMI connection to 65″ TV Monitor, fireplace, and views of the Wisconsin River. This space can be reserved separately or included with the rental of the Large Meeting Room.
Making a Reservation: You can book our meeting spaces using our online reservation request form. Please review availability before booking. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email with a facility use agreement for your confirmed dates and services. Please note that reservation requests for conferences and retreats should be received at least 45 days before your event and may be submitted up to 12 months in advance.

* Dorm rates: Charged at quad capacity, up to 2 additional occupants can be added for the Full Day rate per person.
**Add-On Programming Rates: Programs for conference groups are subject to staff availability and are limited to 2 hours per day. The following programs only are offered for conference groups:
- Group Initiatives (1-1.5 Hours): Team building that can happen inside or outside
- Peanut Butter Mountain (2 Hours): Team building on our low element challenge course (includes shortened Group Initiatives)
- Blackhawk Island Hike (2 Hours): Paddle over to Blackhawk Island on the barge for a guided hike (seasonally available and subject to water temperature and flow rate restrictions)
- Canoeing/Kayaking (1.5-2 Hours): Enjoy a guided paddle with equipment provided (seasonally available and subject to water temperature and flow rate restrictions)
